Huong Giang Tourist Joint Stock Company (HGT) organized the Annual General Shareholders Meeting (GSM) in 2020 (fiscal year 2019)

Due to the complicated, prolonged situation of the Covid19 epidemic and to ensure the safety and health of our shareholders. In the afternoon of December 17, 2020 at Huong Giang Hotel Resort & Spa, Hue, HGT organized the Annual GSM 2020 in online (video conference) to evaluate production and business activities in 2019 and propose coming year mission direction.

Attending the meeting include:

* In Japan:

– Mr. Yukio Takahashi – Chairman of Huong Giang Tourist Joint Stock Company.

– Mr. Go Fujiyama – BOM Member

– Mrs. Fumiyo Okuda – BOS Member

* In Hong Kong:

– Mr. Johnny Fu – BOM Member, General Director

* In Hue, Vietnam:

– Mr. Le Ba Giang – BOM Member, Deputy General Director.

– Mr. Yoshida Tesuya – BOM Member.

Shareholders attend the meeting online through the link that is sent to each shareholder to register to attend, discuss and vote on the meeting’s contents.

Mr. Ho Van Toai – HR Manager reported to the Meeting the result of Shareholder’s Examination

At the meeting, Mr Ho Van Toai – on behalf of the Board of Shareholders’ Examination, he reported results before the Congress. Accordingly:

Total qualified shareholders who are convened to attend the meeting according to the list of Vietnam Securities Depository finalized on December 04, 2020 as 202
The total number of shareholders / authorized representatives of shareholders present/ attend online at the Annual General Meeting of December 17,2020 is 32 shareholders.
Total number of shares of shareholders / authorized representatives of shareholders present/ attend online at the meeting at the opening time is 871.323 shares, meeting attendance rate is 89.36%.

Board of chair of the meeting includes:

Mr. Johnny Fu – BOM Member, General Director;

After 2 hours and 30 minutes of working, the Meeting completed the proposed program. The Meeting agreed to approve the Content of the Minutes and Resolution of the Annual GSM of the Company in 2020.
