Huong Giang Tourist Company has been established under the Decision No. 1500 QD/UBND dated 03/Oct/1994 by the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province. On January 1st, 2008, the company changed its name to Huong Giang Tourist Joint Stock Company under Decision No. 2559/QD-UB dated November 15th, 2007 by the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province. Major shareholders of the Company are Crystal Treasure Co., Ltd., Tan Truong Co., Ltd., Thach Anh Trang Co., Ltd., Bitexco Group Co., Ltd. and other shareholders.

Our current major activities are: Hotel; Restaurant; Domestic and International Travel; Traveling Transportation; Air ticket Agent; Joint venture with domestic and foreign partners in tourism services.

Our company owns Huong Giang Hotel Resort & Spa (4-star hotel); Co-owner of Hue Saigon Morin Hotel (4-star hotel), Azerai La Residence, Hue (5-star hotel), Lang Co Beach Resort (4-star hotel) and Huong Giang Travel Company Limited.

In addition, our company has been implementing a lot of projects such as NAMA high-class hotel project (85 Nguyen Chi Dieu St.,  Hue City; Expand Azerai La Residence, Hue (05 Le Loi St., Hue City); Currently, up to 2022, the Company has completed the projects: Upgrade Azerai La Residence, Hue (05 Le Loi St., Hue City), Investment Renovation the Tourist Service Center Festival (11 Le Loi St., Hue City).
